Terms of Service

Welcome to Bounduley

These are our rules. Please read them before you book a trip with us. When you book a tour, you agree to follow these rules.

How to Book Your Trip

You can book your trip online or by phone. We need your full name, phone number, and email. You must also send us ID proof copies. We will send you a booking form. Fill it out and send it back to us.

Payment Rules

You must pay some money when you book. This is called advance payment. The advance is usually 30% to 50% of the total price. You must pay the remaining money before the trip starts. We accept bank transfers, UPI, cash, and cards. We will send you a receipt after payment.

Price Includes

Our tour price includes hotels, transport (bus or car), some meals, and tour guides. The price also includes entry tickets to monuments and parks (as listed in the tour plan).

Price Does Not Include

The price does not include flight tickets or train tickets to the starting city. It does not include personal expenses like shopping or extra food. Tips to guides and drivers are not included. Travel insurance is also not included. Camera fees at some places are extra.

Cancellation by You

If you cancel your trip, these rules apply:

  • Cancel 30+ days before trip: We keep 25% of total price
  • Cancel 15-29 days before trip: We keep 50% of total price
  • Cancel 7-14 days before trip: We keep 75% of total price
  • Cancel less than 7 days before trip: We keep 100% (no refund)

Refunds take 7 to 14 working days.

Cancellation by Us

Sometimes we must cancel a trip. This can happen due to bad weather, natural disasters, political problems, or not enough bookings. If we cancel, we will give you a full refund. Or you can move your booking to another date. We are not responsible for your other expenses like flight tickets.

Changes to Your Booking

You can change your travel dates if you tell us 15 days before the trip. We may charge a small fee. You cannot change dates less than 7 days before the trip. Name changes are allowed only 10 days before the trip.

Travel Documents

You must carry valid ID proof (Aadhar card, passport, or driving license). For trips to Kashmir, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, and Northeast states, you may need special permits. We will help you get these permits. You must give us correct information for permits. Children must carry a school ID or birth certificate.

Your Responsibilities

You must reach meeting points on time. Be ready at hotels when the bus leaves. Follow the tour guide’s instructions. Respect local culture and laws. Take care of your belongings. We are not responsible for lost items. Do not carry illegal items. Follow safety rules during activities.

Health and Safety

Some tours involve trekking or adventure activities. Make sure you are healthy enough. Tell us if you have any medical conditions. Carry your medicines with you. Follow safety instructions during wildlife safaris and water sports. Wear life jackets when required. Children must be with adults at all times.

Hotels and Rooms

We provide clean and comfortable hotels. Room types depend on your booking (single, double, or triple). In some remote areas, options are limited. We provide the best available hotels. Check-in time is usually 2 PM and check-out is 12 noon. Early check-in or late check-out may cost extra.

Food and Meals

We provide meals as mentioned in your tour plan. Usually this means breakfast and dinner. Lunch is often not included. We provide vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Tell us about food allergies in advance. In some remote places, food choices are limited.

Transport

We use good quality buses, cars, or tempo travelers. Vehicle type depends on group size. All vehicles are clean and well-maintained. Seat belts must be worn. Smoking and drinking alcohol in vehicles is not allowed. During mountain trips, roads can be rough.

Changes to Tour Plan

Sometimes we must change the tour plan. This can happen due to weather, road conditions, or local issues. We will try to provide similar alternatives. We are not responsible if some places are closed on your travel dates.

Behavior Rules

Respect other travelers and tour staff. Do not damage hotel property or transport. Do not fight or create problems. We can remove you from the tour if you break rules. No refund will be given in this case. Alcohol and smoking are your personal choice but follow local laws.

Our Liability Limits

We work hard to make your trip safe and enjoyable. But we are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, theft, or loss during the tour. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes, or political problems. We are not responsible for poor service by hotels or transport providers beyond our control.

Insurance

We strongly suggest you buy travel insurance. Insurance can cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and lost baggage. We do not provide insurance. You must arrange it yourself.

Special Tours

Wildlife Tours: Follow park rules strictly. Stay inside vehicles during safari. Do not disturb animals. Park timings and safari availability can change.

Adventure Tours: Activities like trekking and rafting have risks. You do this at your own risk. Follow guide instructions carefully. Wear safety equipment.

Festival Tours: Festival dates can change. We book based on announced dates. If dates change, we adjust the tour plan. Hotel prices during festivals are higher.

Beach and Water Sports: Swimming in the sea can be dangerous. Swim only in safe areas. Life jackets are a must for water sports. Bad weather can cancel water activities.

Children and Senior Citizens

Children below 5 years travel free (no separate bed). Children 5-12 years get discounts. Tell us ages when booking. Senior citizens should check if they can handle the tour physically. Some mountain tours are not suitable for small children or elderly people.

Photography and Videography

You can take photos for personal use. Some places charge camera fees. Some religious places do not allow photography. Respect local rules. Do not take photos of local people without permission.

Complaints and Problems

If you have any problem during the tour, tell your tour guide immediately. We will try to solve it quickly. If you are not happy after the tour, write to us within 7 days. Send your complaint to our email. We will respond within 15 days.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for problems caused by natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, landslides, political unrest, strikes, wars, pandemics, or government orders. In such cases, we will try our best to help you. But we cannot give refunds for these situations.

Privacy

We keep your personal information safe. We do not share it with others except hotels and transport providers for booking purposes. We may use your photos for our website or social media. Tell us if you do not want this.

Website Bookings

Prices on our website can change. Confirm the final price before booking. Photos on the website are for reference only. Actual places may look different. Tour descriptions are accurate but can change.

Law and Disputes

These terms follow Indian laws. Any dispute will be solved in Jhargram, West Bengal courts only.

Changes to These Terms

We can change these terms anytime. Check our website for updates. New terms apply to new bookings. Old bookings follow old terms.
