Gujarat Wildlife & Temples

The Gujarat Wildlife & Temples Tour is the only exciting journey that puts together wildlife adventure and holy experiences. Starting from Howrah, this 8-day trip takes you to the four best places: Gir National Park, Somnath, Dwarka, and Diu. This tour is the only perfect mix of seeing wild animals, visiting ancient temples, and relaxing on beautiful beaches.

Your journey starts at Gir National Park. It is the only place in the whole world where you will see Asiatic lions living free. That is a fact. These amazing lions are smaller than African lions, but they are as beautiful. You must go on the exciting jeep and lion safaris through the forests. This is how you will spot these rare big cats. The park also has leopards, deer, wild boars, and hundreds of colorful birds. This is the only place for people who love wildlife and taking photos.

Next, you must visit Somnath. It is one of the twelve holy Jyotirlinga temples in India. This ancient temple is right on the shore of the Arabian Sea and has a beautiful design. People destroyed it and rebuilt it many times over the years. This shows how strong the people’s belief is. The evening aarti (special prayer with lights) at Somnath, with the sound of the ocean, is pure magic. You have to see it.

Then you will go to Dwarka. It is one of the four most important holy places for Hindus. This holy city is the kingdom of Lord Krishna. You must visit the amazing Dwarkadhish Temple and see the other holy sites. The last stop is Diu, a peaceful Portuguese island with the best clean beaches, old forts, and beautiful churches. Here, you will relax on quiet beaches, and you must eat the fresh seafood.

This complete tour costs only ₹27,900 for each person if two people share a room. The only time to visit is from December to March. The weather is always perfect, and you will always see the Asiatic lions easily
